ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or

()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2

CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General

1.              All staff shall be trained in the appropriate legislation.

2.              Between 23.00 and 07.00, alcohol shall only be sold or supplied to hotel residents and their bona fide guests.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

1.              Advice shall be taken from local Police in relation to local concerns.

2.              The premises must operate primarily as a Hotel and other licensable activity is purely ancillary to that use.

3.              Travelodge Hotels Limited has adopted the Challenge 21 Scheme and shall operate this as the premises and display appropriate notices.

Public Safety

1.              The company must be fully aware of its responsibilities in relation to Health and Safety.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              If required, notices shall be displayed reminding patrons to leave quietly and respect the local residential amenity.

The Protection of Children from Harm

1.              All under-16s shall be accompanied by an adult in areas where licensable activity takes place.
