  MANDATORY CONDITION:  WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

   

  1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
   

  ()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or
   

  ()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

   

  2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

  General

   

  1.              There must be a CCTV system with 7 cameras and recording.

   

  2.              There shall be staff training.

   

  3.              There must be signs and notices.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              There must be CCTV with remote access 24 hours on line.

   

  2.              There must be no disorderly behaviour.

   

  3.              Till drawers shall be removed and cash locked away.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.              There must be fire safety equipment and exit signs.

   

  2.              There shall be signage for wet floors and spillages.

   

  3.              There shall be an accident record book.

   

  4.              There shall be plastic glass for outside use.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.              There must be proper gas ventilation linked to the fryer.

   

  2.              Rubbish shall be removed regularly from bins and stored securely in designated area.

   

  3.              There shall be regular maintenance for all equipment.

   

  The Protection of Children From Harm

   

  1.              There shall be ID check for age.

   

  2.              There shall be staff training.
