ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or

()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2

CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General

1.              Alcohol shall only be sold to residents.

2.              There is no bar so all alcohol shall be waitress served from the kitchen to table.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

1.              Alcohol shall not be accessible to guests.

2.              All cash shall be locked away.

Public Safety

1.              There must be lighting at the front of the hotel and in the entrance porch.

2.              All fire equipment shall be regularly serviced and maintained and located on all floors.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              The kitchen must have an extractor fan for any cooking smells.

2.              Bins shall be emptied and bottles disposed off during daylight hours.

The Protection of Children From Harm

1.              Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

2.              ID shall be requested for anyone who appears to be under 18.
