General
1. There shall be suitable signage at the exit to request co-operation of patrons to make as little noise as possible when vacating the premises.
2. CCTV shall be provided to enhance safety of patrons and staff.
3. All staff shall have received suitable training as to what to do in an emergency and in general safety precautions.
4. There shall be a notice outside the premises detailing normal hours under the terms of the premises licence.
5. CCTV shall be used to ensure patrons do not congregate outside the premises and cause annoyance.
6. All rubbish produced shall be stored securely in a designated area.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. There shall be a clear notice outside the premises detailing normal hours under the terms of the premises licence.
2. The number of persons admitted to the premises on any one occasion shall not exceed the maximum occupancy of 30.
3. Persons leaving the premises shall be reminded to conduct themselves in an orderly manner and do not cause annoyance to residents or persons passing by.
4. All drinking glasses shall be made of toughened glass.
5. No drink shall be served in a glass bottle.
6. Drinks shall not be removed from the premises.
7. All glasses shall be correctly stamped in accordance with weights and measures legislation.
8. To prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 suitable written proof of age shall be requested.
9. Bar staff shall be suitably trained to prevent the sale of alcohol to under 18's.
10. Regular glass collection shall be undertaken on the premises.
Public Safety
1. Adequate access must be provided for emergency vehicles.
2. All parts of the premises shall be maintained at all times in good order and in a safe condition.
3. All gangways and exit points shall be kept clear.
4. Seating shall at all times ensure free unobstructed access to exit doors.
5. All parts of the premises shall be adequately illuminated.
6. Smoking must be prohibited within the premises at all times.
7. No remedial work shall be carried out whilst the public are on the premises.
8. When disabled people are present on the premises adequate arrangements shall be in place to ensure their safe evacuation in the event of an emergency.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Noise shall not emanate from the premises such as to cause persons in the neighbourhood to be unreasonably disturbed.
2. Prominent notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
3. The placing of refuse, such as bottles into bins shall take place at times that will prevent disturbance to nearby properties.
4. Deliveries shall take place at a time to prevent nuisance and disturbance to nearby residents.
5. Doors and windows shall be kept shut during entertainment to reduce noise breakout.
6. CCTV shall be used to ensure patrons do not congregate outside the premises and cause annoyance.

8. The times during which the premises are permitted to be open to the public shall be restricted between the hours of 12.00 - midnight to prevent disturbance to persons in the neighbourhood.
Protection of Children From Harm
1. In the interest of protecting children from harm, children below the age of 12 (twelve) shall be excluded from the bar area after the hours of 2200 hours.
