General
1. The premises shall only make off sales of locally produced alcohol to their paying guests.
2. The premises must have the relevant fire certificate/equipment.
3. There must be a secure allocated refuse/recycling centre.
4. There must be PIRs around all residential areas.
5. The designated premises supervisor shall live on site.
6. All holiday cottages shall be let to family parties with responsible adults.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. PIRs must be in place around all cottages and at the angling centre.
2. All farm machinery and tools shall be locked away between the hours of 6pm-7pm.
3. Designated premises supervisor shall live on site.
4. There shall be family parties only, children’s ages shall be known prior to arrival, state if under 18.
Public Safety
1. There must be a fire certificate.
2. There must be fire safety equipment.
3. There must be a fire risk assessment.
4. There must be a secure bottle refuse/recycling unit.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Deliveries shall only be made during daylight hours.
2. All refuse bins must be secure and covered in a designated rubbish area.
3. Alcohol sales shall be restricted as per plan (Monday-Saturday - 10.00-21.00, Sunday - 12.00-18.00).
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. There must be no cigarette machines on the premises.
2. There must be no sale of alcohol to under 18's - a sign shall be displayed requesting relevant ID.
3. Adult sized trampoline on site must have a secure safety net.
