  ()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

  1.              The premises must comply with requirements of the fire safety officer, health and safety and food hygiene regulations.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.              The holiday park must have security officers. 

   

  2.              The premises shall not be open suring anti-social hours.

   

  The Protection of Children From Harm
