General
1. There must be effective and responsible management of the premises.
2. Staff must be trained.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Drinking water shall be freely available during the opening hours of the restaurant.
2. Alcohol sales shall end 15 minutes before closing time to allow customers to 'wind down'.
Public Safety
1. There shall be a telephone for calling of taxis available to ensure customers get home safely.
2. The fire exits shall be regularly checked to make sure that exits are clear.
3. Maintenance of the restaurant and equipment must be in good order.
4. There shall be no sale or supply of intoxicating liquor otherwise than to persons taking table meals there for consumption by such a person as ancillary to his/her meal.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Door staff shall ensure that customers are verbally requested not to cause disturbance on leaving the premises.
2. There shall be frequent litter collection by staff members.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. If a child looks under age he/she shall be asked to show ID before they will be served alcohol.
