The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Caffe Tutto shall operate as a licensed espresso bar, coffee being the core business, wine and small beers giving choice only. It shall also be intended to charge a premium on alcohol prices to discourage "session drinking".
2. No low price promotions shall be offered.
3. This shall be a daytime venue.
Public Safety
1. Outside lights must be provided.
2. Fire risk assessment must be completed.
3. All drinks hot or cold shall be delivered to tables by staff.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Placing of refuse into receptacles outside the premises shall take place at times that will prevent disturbance to nearby properties.
2. The handling of beer kegs, bottles and other similar items must not take place in the late evening, at night or during the early morning.
3. The premises shall not remain open after 21.00 hours.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Young people who appear to be under the age of 18 shall be asked for age identification before they are served alcoholic drinks.
2. Proof of age shall normally required by reference to one of the following:-
i. Passport
ii. EU photo card driving licence
iii. Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) card.
iv. A Citizen Card, supported by the Home Office
v. An official identity card issued by HM Forces or by a European Union country bearing a photograph and the date of birth of the bearer.
