General
1. The off sales (chocolates that are liqueurs or gift sets that contain alcohol) shall not be taken through the Restaurant department or tills. These would happen through other areas of the store.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The store shall operate its own independent CCTV monitors with up to three on each floor, with constant monitoring and footage shall be saved to a disc and kept for a period of 28 days.
2. Alcohol sales shall be restricted to the restaurant with the purchase of a substantial meal.
3. The sale of alcohol shall be challenged to people believed to be under the age of 25.
4. The supply of alcohol to other floors shall be restricted to people invited to specific events such as fashion shows and other similar activities.
Public Safety
1. The store shall have designated First Abiders that are qualified to administer emergency first aid that is HSE approved.
2. A full accident report log shall be maintained alongside the store's own incident investigation reports.
3. There shall be signage available for wet floors; there is non slip flooring in areas at most risk.
4. All fire safety equipment shall be inspected annually and a regular maintenance contract shall be operated.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. All waste shall be kept in secured, locked bins and disposed of during daylight hours.
2. Deliveries shall be received during daylight hours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Signage shall be displayed requesting proof of age ID for the under 25's.
2. Where knives are sold in the cook shop, signage shall be displayed prohibiting the sale of knives to anyone under the age of 21.
