The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. A fully recording CCTV system shall be installed to the reasonable satisfaction of the police and licensing authority. All cameras shall be maintained in good working order, shall continually record and the tapes shall be securely retained for a minimum of 14 days.
2. The premises shall participate in the 'Night Net' radio scheme.
3. No drinks in glass bottles shall be sold between midnight and 0600 hours on the day following.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. When food for consumption off the premises is sold, adequate waste receptacles for use by patrons shall be provided in the local vicinity.
2. All the rubbish produced by the premises shall be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting lid to help prevent litter being blown around.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. The licensees shall observe the legislation that prohibits sales of intoxicants to minors and have a 'due diligence' system in all of their stores that includes staff training on induction and refresher training, a refusals register, notices about the need to challenge customers as to their age and public notices to customers.
