The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. No disorderly behaviour shall be tolerated.
2. No cash shall be kept on site.
Public Safety
1. An accident book shall be kept.
2. A First Aid box shall be kept on the premises.
3. Emergency exits must be kept clear.
4. Fire Safety Equipment must be regularly inspected.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Deliveries shall be made during daylight hours.
2. Rubbish shall be disposed of during daylight hours.
3. There shall be signs requesting guests to leave quietly.
4. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises to cause persons in the neighbourhood to be unreasonably disturbed. The criteria to be applied are:-
i) Before 11pm - noise emanating from the premises shall not be clearly distinguishable above other noise.
ii) After 11pm - noise emanating from the premises shall not be distinguishable above background levels of noise.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
