The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. No monies shall be left in the hall or other parts of the premises.
2. No alcohol shall be allowed on the premises.
3. No disorderly behaviour shall be allowed by supervising staff.
Public Safety
1. Fire safety equipment shall be inspected annually.
2. The premises must be inspected and passed by Fire Brigade representatives.
3. First-aid boxes shall be regularly inspected.
4. Exits shall be clearly marked and kept clear.
5. There must be no smoking throughout the premises.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Noise emanation from the premises shall not be distinguishable from background noise before or after 23.00 hrs.
2. The volume of amplified noise shall always be readily controllable.
3. Patrons shall be always asked to disperse quietly and quickly.
4. There are only four small hopper windows in the main hall, which shall reduce any noise break-out.
5. There must be no plant or machinery other than heating boiler involved.
6. Any cooking smells shall be dispersed by extraction hoods.
7. Refuse shall only be put out once a week and prompty removed by private contractors in mornings.
8. Refuse and waste bins shall be provided in all rooms.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. For Junior Church activities, children must always be supervised by staff previously screened and acting according to directives in the leaflet entitled "Safeguarding Children and Young People".
2. External organisations must provide evidence of satisfactory standards of supervision.
