General
1. The bar shall only be open during bowling competitions.
2. Only members of the Bar Committee shall have keys to the bar.
3. Alcohol shall only be served in the main hall of the Pavilion and also consumed around the green.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Only Club members and their guests shall be admitted.
2. Misconduct must not be allowed (Club Rule 4.2).
3. No cash shall be kept on the premises.
4. A security light must be on the outside of the front of the Pavilion.
Public Safety
1. Alcohol must not be sold to anyone under the age of 18 or any member of the general public.
2. Fire safety equipment, emergency lighting and a fire certificate must be in place.
3. A first aid box must be provided.
4. The English Bowling Association Civil Liability Insurance cover must be in place.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. No alcohol must be taken off the premises.
2. No alcohol must be sold to the public.
3. Music, singing and dancing must not be permitted.
4. There must be no deliveries or disposals. The Bar Committee must be responsible for removing any rubbish daily.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. The Club must have an appointed qualified Child Protection Officer, M Turner (Club Rules 5.1 & 5.2).
2. There must be no cigarette sales.
3. Smoking must not be permitted in the Pavilion.
4. The bar committee shall check the ID of young members.
