The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. SIA approved professionals shall be on duty at all times.
2. Cash shall be collected at regular intervals at collections points by security.
3. Stewards/marshal shall all be supplied with reflective/flourescent bibs, all supplied with BMAD crowd control and emergency policy.
4. Crowd control - SIA professional security shall be on hand during performances.
5. There shall be liaison with the police prior to the event to ensure police presence.
Public Safety
1. The risk assessment shall be adhered to (see attatched).
2. Welfare arrangements, security, crowd control, facilities and utilties, cleaning up, first aid points, site condition and hazards must be considered.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The volumes for the regulated entertainment shall be appropriate to the location bearing in mind the nearest residential premises. The applicants shall work in tandem with the local authority environmental protection to establish level and to adhere to that decibel level.
2. Live music shall cease at 22.00 in any event. The stage shall be directed towards the sea and not inwards towards Paignton.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Marshals and security shall be on hand at all times. The festival is in an open area and therefore sight lines and observation points shall be good.
2. Police shall be present throughout.
3. A female steward shall be available. A PA system shall transmit lost children messages and BMAD shall have its own office on site for looking after lost children.
