General
1. The premises shall continue to adhere to the rigorous standards set out in the Domino's Franchise Agreement.
2. The premises must be adequately staffed so as to allow the proper management of the premises and supervison of those who visit them.
3. Alcohol must not be sold.
4. Where customers visit the store, the pizzas must be supplied to them in closed cardboard boxes.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The premises shall actively co-operate with the local police to ensure that they are aware of particular problems which affect the area and which may potentially affect the store.
2. The premises shall not countenance the use or supplly of illegal drugs and the staff shall inform the police immediately of any such suspected activity on or in the vicinity of the store.
3. The premises shall recruit professional and reputable staff.
4. The premises must not use or supply glassware.
5. The frontage of the premises shall be well lit.
6. There shall be access control of the back door
Public Safety
1. The premises must comply with all requisite health and safety legislation.
2. The premises must carry out regular health and safety risk assessments.
3. In the most unlikely event that a greater number of people congregate in the premises that is conductive to public safety, the staff shall not hesitate to ask people to leave the store and shall always encourage them to take advantage of the home delivery service.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The doors and windows shall be kept closed at night to prevent transmission of noise.
2. Customers who visit the premises shall be asked to leave the premises quietly and with due consideration for the neighbours.
3. The delivery drivers shall be instructed to enter and leave their vehicles quielty and considerately, not to leave engines running, to park considerately, and at all times to have in mind the neighbours (particularly residential occupiers).
4. The premises shall have no hesitation in banning people who visit the store and regularly leave the premises in a noisy fashion.
5. The equipment must be properly sound insulated and operated strictly in accordance wtih manufacturers' requirements, guide lines and tolerances.
6. All the air extraction system must comply with Building Regulations requirements and must be designed to ensure that there is no escape of cooking smells to neighbouring premises.
7. The premises must neither use or supply glassware.
8. Music must not be played on the premises.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. The store must not be licensed for the sale of alcohol.
