General
1. The premises shall not intend to apply to add alcohol to the menu.
2. The premises shall maintain a store diary and all instances of public disorder in the immediate vicinity of the store shall be recorded in the diary.
3. The premises must comply with Local Authority Fire regulations.
4. The premises must have quarterly Fire Detection, and annual CORGI and PAT testing certificates.
5. The premises must have implemented an ongoing plan of works for DDA compliance.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The premises must be fitted with CCTV equipment and keep recordings for a period of 28 days. In the event of equipment failure, the CCTV equipment shall be repaired as soon as practicably possible.
2. There must be display notes regarding CCTV equipment in the unit.
3. The premises must be fitted with alarms and have under counter panic buttons and these shall be linked to a 24 hour monitoring service - Kings Security, UK Monitoring Ltd.
Public Safety
1. No drinks or meals shall be supplied with glass containers.
2. All shift runners must have attended and passed a first aid course.
3. There must be a maintained first aid kit in each unit.
4. The premises shall be non-smoking in public areas.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. There must be waste bins inside and where permitted, outside the unit. These waste bins shall be emptied and cleaned on a daily basis.
2. The premises must comply with the DEFRA voluntary code of practice on reducing litter caused by 'food on the go' - specifically conducting daily litter picks shall be the immediate priority of the unit.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. There must not be gaming machines on the premises.
2. The premises must comply with current Employment Law regarding the Employment of under 18s.
