The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1 Video recording CCTV must be provided and maintained in good working order to monitor the inside of the premises over the counter and onto Fleet Street.
2 Drinks must be served in plastic containers.
3 The sale of alcohol is prohibited.
4 The tills must be emptied every night and the premises locked by a roller shutter door.
Public Safety
5 A member of staff must be behind the kiosk at all times.
6 The entrance/exit must be locked each night.
7 No frying or flame cooking shall be carried out on the premises.
8 Customers must not have access inside the kiosk, but shall be served over the counter onto the street.
9 The pavement area outside the kiosk must be adequately lit.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
10 Customers must be served promptly and requested to leave the area quickly and quietly.
11 Bin bags must be provided for customer use.
12 Litter must be cleared from the surrounding area before closing.
13 All rubbish must be locked away inside the kiosk at the end of the night.
14 Staff must leave the premises quietly at the close of business.
The Protection of Children from Harm
15 Hot surfaces must not be exposed.
16 Alcohol must not be sold from the kiosk.
