General
1. Membership must be limited to Freemasons, wives, guest and widows of former members permitted to attend occasional social events.
2. An established body of trustees shall govern all activities within the premises and enforce strict practices to safeguard the clubs use by members and guests.
3. Established operating procedures must be in operation at all times.
4. Access to the premises must be strictly kept to recognised key-holders.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The Freemasons shall operate to a strict code of moral conduct.
Public Safety
1. An appropriate and safe occupancy level must be maintained at all times.
2. Fire safety appliances must be regularly serviced and maintained.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Meetings and social events must be planned and regulated by the Management Authority of the Club as well as individual lodges.
2. Entry to the premises must be strictly limited to members and guests.
3. Dispersal from the club shall be well ordered and calm.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Persons under the age of 21shall not be permitted to attend Lodge Meetings.
2. Children may attend Christmas carol services but the bar area shall not be available at such a time.
3. The club rules shall forbid the opening of bar facilities whilst children are on the premises.
4. Tobacco must not be for sale in any form.
5. Gaming and vending machines must not be present on the premises
