1. Access to the Paignton Masonic Hall must be restricted to keyholders.
2. Full security and fire alarm systems shall be provided and maintained.
3. The Management Committee shall ensure strict practices to protect the safety of its members.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

Public Safety
1. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in full working order.
2. Fire equipment must be regularly tested and serviced through implementation and updating of fire safety risk assessments.
3. A safe occupancy level must be maintained.
4. A record of detector and sounder tests shall be kept.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Events shall be planned and regulated by the Management Committee.
2. Entry to socials must be strictly limited.
3. Appropriate noise levels shall be adhered to.
4. Dispersal of persons from the premises shall be calm.
5. Refuse and bottle collection must be carried out during normal office hours on the following day.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Persons under the age of 21 must not be permitted to attend Lodge Meetings.
2. The sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.
3. There shall be no gaming or vending machines.
4. There shall be no sales of cigarettes or cigars.
