General
1 Under the rules of the club persons must not be admitted to membership or be admitted as candidates for membership or any other privileges of membership without an interval of at least 2 days.
2 All members must abide by the rules of the club.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
3 Bar staff must be trained to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18.
4 Members must not be permitted to leave the premises with any glasses or bottles which belong to the club.
5 Members must be requested not to stand around talking in the road outside of the premises.
Public Safety
6 The electrical system, including portable appliances, must be tested and inspected annually by a qualified electrician.
7 The gas system must be tested and inspected annually by a qualified Corgi gas fitter.
8 The Clubhouse must be kept properly and sufficiently ventilated.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
9 Suitable signage requesting patrons not to make noise by way of whistling, shouting or singing when leaving the premises must be displayed. Patrons shall be requested to leave in an orderly manner so as not to cause a nuisance to local residents or persons passing by.
10 Where amplified sound is used the noise level must not exceed 102dB and all doors and windows must be closed.
The Protection of Children from Harm
11 Children are only permitted until 21:30hrs.
12 Children must be accompanied by an adult.
13 The club policy regarding children must be followed.
