Restrictions transferred from the Club Premises Certificate
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
The above restriction does not prohibit:
(a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
(b) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
(c) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
(d) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed on the licensed premises.
Credit Sales
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied to a canteen or mess.
General

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1 The club manager and team in addition to committee members and flag officers shall maintain a high level of supervision.
2 Customers shall be able to purchase alcoholic drinks in the following minimum measures; Spirits, Gin, Rum, Whiskey and Vodka in 25ml or multiples thereof; Beer and Cider in pints and half pint measures or multiples thereof; Wine in 125ml and 175ml measure or multiples thereof.
3 Soft drinks must be available.
4 Persons between the ages of 14 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the bar area.
5 Persons under the age of 14 must not be admitted to the bar area.
6 All areas shall be lit with exterior security lighting.
Public Safety
7 The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order. Their adequacy must be determined on a regular basis through risk assessments in accordance with the fire precautions (workplace) regulations.
8 A safe occupancy level must be maintained at all times.
9 Utility systems must be inspected and tested by competent persons.
10 Adequate first aid equipment must be provided and maintained.
11 All entrances and exits must be maintained in good order.
12 Glass collection must be carried out regularly.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
13 The volume of all amplified and non-amplified sound must be under the control of the club manager/committee
14 The handling of beer kegs, bottles and other similar items must not take place in the late evening, at night or in the early morning.
15 The movement of bins and rubbish must be kept to a minimum.
16 All rubbish must be securely stored.
17 Ventilation/Extraction equipment shall minimise odour generation.
18 There must be a minimum of half an hour wind down period between the closure of the bar and the closure of the premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
19 A full range of soft drinks must be stocked.
20 14-18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult when in the bar area.
21 No under 14 year olds must be admitted to the bar area.
22 There must be no adult entertainment.
23 Alcohol must not be sold to persons under the age of 18.
24 All persons under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult when on the premises.
7. The club manager and staff must be made aware of all restrictions relating to young persons.
