Restrictions transferred from the Club Premises Certificate
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
The above restriction does not prohibit:
(a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
(b) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
(c) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
(d) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed on the licensed premises.
Credit Sales
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied to a canteen or mess.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1 Breach of the membership Code of Conduct may result in expulsion from the club.
2 Persons visiting the club or using the entrance for any purpose shall be subject to CCTV recording.
3 The club will maintain a safe occupancy level at all times.
4 All persons attending the club must be checked in (or signed in if guests) by a committee member who shall be on duty each night from 19:00hrs.
5 Glasses must be toughened.
6 There must be no service of alcohol in glass bottles from which it is intended or likely that a person shall drink.
Public Safety

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
13 All windows facing Dendy Road properties must be double-glazed.
14 Entertainment other than on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve must cease at 23:15hrs.
15 Empty bottles must be crated and stored during the week and moved to a locked cage on Saturday.
16 Suitable signage must be displayed requesting patrons to leave quietly.
17 All music volume must be under the control of the management Committee at all times.
The Protection of Children from Harm
18 Members children accompanied by an adult relative only must be admitted to the club.
19 The sale or supply of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.
20 Children must not be admitted to the Lounge area where the bar is situated. A notice stating ‘No persons under 14 years of age allowed past this point’ must be displayed.
21 The main club area around the dance floor shall be a No Smoking area.
22 A full range of soft drinks must be available and may only be purchased from the bar by a parent.
23 Part 3 machines must be clearly marked with notices stating ‘Not to be used by persons under 18’.
