  CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises will not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.

   

  2.               The mechanical extract system installed within the kitchen will operate in a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.

   

  3.               Regular maintenance will be carried out on all plant and machinery to ensure that noise and odour disturbance from such sources is kept to a minimum.

   

  4.              The mechanical extract system will be turned down to gauge one on the manual control button after 23:00hrs to reduce noise levels from the extract, so as not to cause a noise nuisance to residential properties that are in very close proximity.   

   

  5.               The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises will be kept to a minimum after 23:00hrs. This will help to reduce the levels of noise produced by the premises.
