General
1. The club shall understand its obligations as to the provision of facilities which cause concern to crime and disorder. Stringent rules shall be applied by the manager, members of staff and committee personnel with regard to the Licensing Act.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The club must have in place strict rules of conduct with the manager empowered to undertake any necessary preventative action in relation to potential problems.
2 A zero tolerance policy over misconduct shall be enforced.
Public Safety
1. The clubhouse has been built in accordance with the latest building regulations for which a completion certificate shall be issued prior to occupation.
2. The building must have smoke detection, appropriate fire fighting equipment, escape lighting and adequate fire exits.
3. There shall be more than one first aid kit and a high proportion of staff shall have been first aid trained.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The clubhouse is approximately 200m from the nearest property.
2. Noise emanating before 23.00 hrs shall not be clearly distinguishable above other noise.
3. Noise emanating after 23.00 hrs shall not be distinguishable above background.
4. Volume of amplified music shall be under the control of the management.
5. Doors and windows shall be kept shut and periodically monitored by staff.
6. Manager shall ensure levels of noise have not increased.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. The club has a vibrant junior section which shall be under the control of the club coaches who have all had criminal record checks.
2. Bar staff shall be made aware of serving policy with regard to age.
3. A record of members' ages shall be kept on site.
