CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
1. Alcohol is prohibited on the premises.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Disorderly behaviour must be discouraged.
Public Safety
1. The pavement outside the premises shall be regularly cleared of rubbish.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Children must not be allowed behind the counter.
2. Children must be under the control of a responsible adult.
ANNEXE 3
CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. A CCTV system of an evidential standard to be installed to the satisfaction of the police, and the system to be in operation at all times the premises are open to the public. All recordings from that system to be kept for a period of 31 days and the police to have access to recordings at any reasonable time.
2. No drinks to be served to the public in glass bottles.
1. Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises will not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
2. The mechanical extract system installed within the kitchen will operate in a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.
