  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.               The police must be contacted as soon as possible if any trouble occurs.

   

  2.               Customers with any glass or bottle containing alcohol must not be permitted on the premises.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.               Staff must be trained in general safety precautions and emergency procedures.

   

  2.               Suitable signage warning customers of wet floors must be displayed where appropriate.

   

  3.               A 'No Smoking' sign must be displayed on the premises.

   

  4.               A first aid box must be provided.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               Rubbish outside the premises must be cleared away.

   

  2.               Patrons must be requested not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises.

  CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

  1.              A CCTV system of an evidential standard to be installed to the satisfaction of the police, and the system to be in operation at all times the premises are open to the public. All recordings from that system to be kept for a period of 31 days and the police to have access to recordings at any reasonable time.

   

  2.              Premises to join and maintain membership of the Nitenet Radio Communications Scheme.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.              Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises will not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.

   

  2.               The mechanical extract system installed within the kitchen will operate in a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.
