The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. A camera and video recording unit must be installed and maintained in good working order in the main entrance and exit of the premises.
Public Safety
1. Staff must be trained in emergency procedures.
2. A first aid box must be provided and maintained.
3. Fire safety measures must be provided and maintained in good working order. The adequacy of fire safety must be checked regularly in accordance with the Fire Precautions (work place) Regulations.
4. A safe occupancy must be maintained, taking into consideration the number of people, their disposition and the type of activity taking place.
The Prevention of Public Nuisnace
1. Patrons must be asked to leave the premises quietly.
2. Waste and refuse must be collected in daylight hours.
3. All bins must be secure.
4. Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises will not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
5. Mechanical extract system installed within the kitchen will operate in a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Identification must always be sought from persons wishing to purchase alcohol and staff must be aware of this policy.
