  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

  General

   

  1.               The area outside the premises must be maintained.

   

  2.               CCTV must be provided and maintained in good working order inside the premises.

   

  3.               The premises must remain an alcohol free zone.

   

  4.               Where given, Police advice shall be followed.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.               Staff must be suitably trained to deal with all customers.

   

  2.               Where given police advice must always be taken.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.              Waiting customers must not be in the vicinity of hot surfaces or have access to knives or glasses.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               The premises will endeavour to prevent nuisance in the harbourside area.

   

  2.               Litter bins must be available in the premises and the area outside the premises shall be cleared of wrappers at closing time.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  1.               Children must be protected from hot surfaces whilst on the premises.

  CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              A CCTV system of an evidential standard to be installed to the satisfaction of the police, and the system to be in operation at all times the premises are open to the public. All recordings from that system to be kept for a period of 31 days and the police to have access to recordings at any reasonable time.

   

  2.              No drinks to be served to the public in glass bottles after 23:00hrs.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.              Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises will not cause a nuisance to nearby properties and the premises must be properly vented.

   

  2.              Provision of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning system will not allow noise breakout from the premises or cause a nuisance by its operation.

   

  3.              Regular maintenance will be carried out on all plant machinery to ensure that noise disturbance from such sources is kept to a minimum.

   

  4.              The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises will be kept to a minimum after 23:00hrs. This will help to reduce the levels of noise produced by the premises.
