  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.               CCTV must be provided and maintained in good working order to enhance the safety of customers and staff.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.               Staff must be suitably trained in safety precautions and emergency procedures.

   

  2.               Customer waiting for food must be reminded to keep exits free from obstruction.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               Noise and odours produced by the premises must be kept to a minimum.

   

  2.               Where rubbish is moved after 23:00hrs it must be moved quickly and quietly with no rubbish being blown in the street.

   

  3.               Bins must be provided and maintained with secure lids.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  1.               Alcohol must not be sold on the premises.

   

  2.               Children must be kept away from hot surfaces.

   

  3.               Appropriate care must be taken for children with regard to hazards.

  CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

•  

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              A CCTV system of an evidential standard to be installed to the satisfaction of the police, and the system to be in operation at all times the premises are open to the public. All recordings from that system to be kept for a period of 31 days and the police to have access to recordings at any reasonable time.

   

  2.               No drinks to be served to the public in glass bottles after 23:00hrs.

   

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               All the rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting lid. This will help prevent litter being blown around.

   

  2.               Facilities for depositing litter and the collection of litter generated by patrons will be available and maintained, where outside areas are provided for the use of patrons.

   

  3.              Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises will not cause a nuisance to nearby properties and the premises must be properly vented.

   

  4.              Provision of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning system will not allow noise breakout from the premises or cause a nuisance by its operation.
