The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV must be provided and maintained in good working order to enhance the safety of customers and staff.
Public Safety
1. Staff must be suitably trained in safety precautions and emergency procedures.
2. Customer waiting for food must be reminded to keep exits free from obstruction.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Noise and odours produced by the premises must be kept to a minimum.
2. Where rubbish is moved after 23:00hrs it must be moved quickly and quietly with no rubbish being blown in the street.
3. Bins must be provided and maintained with secure lids.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Alcohol must not be sold on the premises.
2. Children must be kept away from hot surfaces.
3. Appropriate care must be taken for children with regard to hazards.
