1. Customers shall be encouraged to leave the premises quickly.
Public Safety
1. Customers must not be allowed access to the kitchen area.
2. No dangerous objects must available in the shop.
3. All food must be kept refrigerated.
4. Food must be prepared fresh for each customer.
5. All food shall be fresh daily.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Suitable signage must be displayed requesting customers leaving the premises to keep noise levels down.
2. Customers must be requested not to wait around in the street.
3. A waste bin must be available outside the premises.
4. All litter must be collected and stored in a bin with a secure lid.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. No hot surfaces must be available for children to touch.
2. The radiator must be provided with a 'cool touch' cover.
