1. Intoxicating liquor must not be sold or allowed upon the premises.
2. Town centre CCTV shall be in operation covering the premises.

Public Safety
1. All exit doors must be easily openable without the use of key, card, code or other similar means and must be available for egress while the public are on the premises.
2. Means of exit must be maintained, free from obstruction, immediately available and clearly identifiable.
3. All gas and electric appliances must be tested or inspected annually by a suitably qualified person and where appropriate a report must be available.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Refuse bins must be located in the street and additional suitable receptacles must be provided and maintained in a clean condition on the premises.
2. Patrons must be asked not to eat and drink immediately outside of the premises after 23:00hrs.
