The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Alcohol must not be consumed on the premises.
2. Any persons appearing to be drunk or bringing alcohol into the shop must be asked to leave.
Public Safety
1. Suitable signage must be provided to warn customers if the floor is wet.
2. Fire safety equipment must be provided and annually checked.
3. Exits must be kept free from obstruction.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Patrons must be asked to leave quickly and quietly at the end of the night.
2. Any rubbish produced by the premises must be cleared away from the front of the shop.
3. Rubbish must be secured in bins with tight fitting lids.
4. Cooking oil must be changed daily to prevent offensive odours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Alcohol must not be sold on the premises.
2. Hot surfaces must not be available for children to touch.
