General
1. All staff must be trained to promote the four Licensing Objectives.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Service shall be politely refused to those who seem to be drunk or disorderly. Staff must be trained to deal with drunk and disorderly customers.
2. Custom must not be sought by means of personal solicitation outside or in the vicinity of the premises.
Public Safety
1. A fire escape route and fire safety/ prevention equipment must be provided and maintained.
2. Fixed seating shall be provided for waiting customers.
3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
4. The premises must be adequately lit.
5. A first aid box and first aider must be provided whenever the premises is open to the public.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. A bin must be provided for any rubbish emanating from the premises.
2. Staff must check for rubbish each day before and after the premises opens.
3. Customers must be requested to leave the premises quietly with respect for neighbouring residents.
4. Deliveries must be conducted before 21:00hrs.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Alcohol must not be sold on the premises.
2. There must be no hot surfaces near children.
