The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Alcohol must not be sold on the premises.
2. Drunk and disorderly behaviour must not be tolerated.
Public Safety
1. A fire check must be carried out annually.
2. Safety equipment must be provided and maintained.
3. Exits must be kept free from obstruction.
4. Caution notices must be provided for customers in case of any spillages.
5. Spillages must be cleaned up immediately.
6. Emergency procedures must be in place.
7. A first aid box must be provided.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. All rubbish produced by the premises must be stored in secure bins.
2. Cooking equipment must be serviced and maintained to make sure odours are kept to a minimum.
3. Adequate ventilation must be provided.
4. Deliveries must be carried out during daylight hours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Alcohol must not be sold on the premises.
2. No hot surfaces shall be available for children to touch.
3. Children shall be accompanied by an adult.
