CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
None
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Alcohol must not be sold on the premises.
2. Drunk and disorderly persons must not be allowed on the premises.
3. Any problems must be reported to the police.
Public Safety
1. A first aid box must be provided.
2. A fire check must be conducted annually.
3. Exits must be kept free from obstruction.
4. Staff must be trained in emergency procedures.
5. Suitable signage must be displayed to customers if the floor is wet.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. All rubbish produced must be cleared away at the end of the night and stored in secure bins.
2. All kitchen equipment must be maintained and serviced to prevent smells.
3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
4. Dogs are prohibited on the premises.
5. Patrons must be asked to leave quietly at the end of the night.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Alcohol must not be sold on the premises.
2. There must be no hot surfaces that children can touch.
3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
