The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV must installed and maintained in good working order.
2. Alcohol must not be available on the premises.
Public Safety
1. Fire safety equipment must be provided and maintained,
2. Kitchen staff must be trained in emergency p[rocedures.
3. A first aid box must be provided.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance.
1. Any rubbish produced must be cleared away at the end of the night and must be stored in secure bins.
2. Patrons must be asked to leave quietly at the end of the night.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Alcohol must not be sold on the premises.
2. There must be no hot surfaces near children.
