  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              CCTV must be provided and maintained in good working order.

   

  2.              Fire and security alarm systems must be provided and maintained.

   

  3.              External lighting and a secure ground system must be provided and maintained.

   

  4.              Caretaker and appropriate members of staff must be present during all events.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.              School and company health and safety policies must be adhered to.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               All rubbish must be disposed of within the school waste system.

   

  2.              All doors and windows must be secure.

   

  3.              The caretaker shall be present at all events and must enforce the neighbourhood respect policy.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  1.              School policy must be followed.

   

  2.              All staff must be CRB checked.

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               Noise from the premises shall not be audible within any dwelling with windows open for normal ventilation especially after 23:00hrs. This shall be assessed from the boundary to the nearest residential properties, on all sides of the licensed premises. The criteria which that shall be applied are;

   

                (a)               Before 23:00hrs- Noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise.

   

                (b)               The local authority will reserve the right in cases of tonal noise and where premises are attached to others, to make further assessments from within the residential                                           property.

   

  2.              Doors and windows overlooking noise sensitive premises (e.g. dwellings) to be shut during entertainment, to reduce noise break out. A management scheme will be in place to ensure this situation remains.

   

  3.              A senior member of staff (manager) shall assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring residential premises at the start of the activity/ entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/ entertainment to ensure levels of noise have not increased.
