  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              CCTV must be provided and maintained in good working order.

   

  2.              Cash tills must be emptied nightly.

   

  3.               Membership to the Nitenet scheme must be provided and maintained.

   

  4.              Persons who are drunk must not be admitted or served.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.              Premises shall be well lit inside and outside.

   

  2.              A fire certificate, fire precaution and fire fighting equipment must be provided and maintained.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               Music and television must not be audible outside the premises.

   

  2.              Staff must conduct nightly checks for signs of litter, collecting litter emanating from premises.

   

  3.              Suitable signage must be displayed requesting quiet and orderly departure from the premises.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  1.              Children must only be admitted if accompanied by a responsible adult.

   

  2.              Children shall only remain on premises whilst takeaway is prepared.

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              A CCTV system of an evidential standard to be installed to the satisfaction of the police, and the system to be in operation at all times the premises are open to the public. All recordings from that system to be kept for a period of 31 days and the police to have access to recordings at any reasonable time.

   

  2.              Premises to join and maintain membership of the Nitenet Radio Communications Scheme.

   

  3.              No drinks to be served to the public in glass bottles after 22:00hrs.

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises will not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.

   

  2.              The mechanical extract system installed within the kitchen will operate in a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.

   

  3.              Regular maintenance will be carried out on all plant and machinery to ensure that noise and odour disturbance from such sources is kept to a minimum.
