CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
1. Opening hours must be clearly displayed on menu signs.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Staff must not admit any member of the public who is obviously intoxicated or who may be drinking alcohol from a can or bottle.
2. Alcohol must not be sold on the premises.
Public Safety
1. Fire equipment (fire extinguishers and fire blankets) must be provided and maintained.
2. The kitchen must be adequately ventilated.
3. Where appropriate staff must hold a suitable food hygiene qualification.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
None
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Appropriate care must be taken when serving children.
