1. The premises shall be secured at night with deadlocks on all doors.
2. Cash must not be left on the premises after operating hours.

1. Health and safety rules and regulations must be followed regarding food hygiene and safety at work.
2. All staff must have an adequate food hygiene qualification.
3. Fire precautions must be installed and maintained.
4. Safety checks must be regularly carried out on equipment.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Activity connected to the premises must not cause a nuisance to the public.
2. All rubbish must be cleared away and kept in secure bins.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Children must not be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
2. Children must not be permitted in the kitchen area.
