CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
1. Customers shall be advised not to park their cars inappropriately in front of the premises.
2. Customers must be reminded to leave the premises quietly after 23:00hrs.
3. Customers shall be asked not to eat their food on the street after 23:00hrs.
4. Music entertainment must not be provided on the premises.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Drinks in glass bottles must not be sold.
Public Safety
1. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
2. Adequate ventilation must be provided.
3. Fire exits must be provided.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Where necessary doors and windows must be kept shut.
2. Music entertainment must not be provided on the premises.
3. Patrons shall be asked not to litter the streets or to cause a nuisance to residents.
4. Patrons shall be asked not to eat their food immediately outside the premises after 23:00hrs.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
2. Children shall be asked to take care when crossing the road.
3. Children shall be given assistance where required.
