  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

  General

   

  1.               CCTV must be provided and maintained in good working order.

   

  2.               No alcohol shall be permitted on the premises at any time.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              CCTV must be provided and maintained during opening hours and the footage must be kept for               31 days.

   

  2.              The premises shall close for the duration if serious disorder occurs inside or outside the               premises or as the police advise.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.              Customers must not have access to any sharp or dangerous articles whilst on the premises.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               Signs must be displayed requesting customers to consider neighbours and other people in the               area.

   

  2.              Litter must be cleared from outside the premises regularly.

   

  3.              Smells from the premises shall be mechanically extracted.

   

  4.               Extraction fans must be fitted with noise reduction to prevent a nuisance to nearby residents.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  1.              No alcohol sales are permitted.

   

  2.              No hot surfaces must be available for children to touch.

  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              A CCTV system of an evidential standard to be installed to the satisfaction of the police, and the               system to be in operation at all times the premises are open to the public. All               recordings from               that system to be kept for a period of 31 days and the police to have access to recordings at any               reasonable time.

   

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               Cooking, noxious and persistent smells from the premises will not cause a nuisance to nearby               properties.

   

  2.              The mechanical extract system installed within the kitchen will operate in a manner so as not to               cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.
