The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. No gambling or gaming machines shall be allowed on the premises.
2. Smoking shall not be permitted on the premises.
3. Reasonably priced soft drinks and free water must be available.
Public Safety
1. The maximum occupancy shall be 14 guests and 2 staff.
2. Emergency lighting must be in place for power failure, fire etc.
3. There shall be 2 access doors for emergency services.
4. A safety check of the fire equipment must be conducted monthly by the proprietors.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. If guests leave the premises in the evening, they shall be asked to leave quietly.
2. The front door shall remain closed and the guests shall have their own key.
3. Private parking adjourning the house shall be available for guests.
4. The proprietors shall live on the premises.
5. All rubbish must be disposed of in a trade waste bin.
6. Bottles must not be disposed of at night.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. The only children on the premises shall be those staying with their parents in the family room.
2. Alcohol must only be sold to accompany evening meals.
3. Alcohol must only be served to adults and proof of age must be requested if in doubt.
4. Gambling shall not be permitted on the premises.
5. No entertainment or services of an adult or sexual nature must be provided.
6. Films shall not be shown on the premises.
7. No children must be employed.
