General
1. The proprietor must undertake appropriate training.
2. There must ensure that staff are trained in emergency situations.
3. There must be appropriate signage to ensure control of patrons i.e. noise nuisance, access to transport home.
4. Children must be accompanied by adults with awareness of child employment laws.
5. There must be movement of rubbish.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder.
1. There must be CCTV equipment installed.
2. The working proprietor (on premises during all opening hours) must complete a SIA course.
Public Safety

1. All rubbish must be stored in appropriate and designated area and removed in accordance with local services.
2. Streets must be cleared of rubbish that results from packaging provided with food (part of staff cleaning procedures).
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. No children are allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
2. There must not be any young people under 16 years employed.
