General
1. The proprietor must undertake appropriate training.
2. Staff must be trained as required in relation to emergency and safety precautions.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. A CCTV system of an evidential standard must be installed to the satisfaction of the police, and the system to be in operation at all times the premises are open to the public. All recordings shall be kept for a period of 14 days and the police to have access to recordings at any reasonable time.
2. Premises shall join and maintain membership of the Nitenet radio communication scheme.
Public Safety
1. There must be CCTV equipment installed.
2. Staff must be trained as required in relation to emergency and safety precautions.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. All rubbish produced by the premises shall be stored securely in a designated area or bin with a tight fitting lid and removed in accordance with local services.
2. When food for consumption off premises is sold adequate waste receptacles for use by patrons shall be provided in the vicinity. This will prevent rubbish being blown around.
3. Streets must be cleared of rubbish resulting from packaging provided with food.
4. Deliveries of food or other materials necessary for the operation of the business shall be carried out at such a time or in such a manner as to prevent nuisance or disturbance to nearby residence.
5. Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises shall not cause a nuisance to nearby premises and the premises must be properly vented.
6. Provision of chemical ventilation and air conditioning system must not allow noise breakout from the premises or cause a nuisance by its operation.
7. The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises shall be kept to a minimum after 11.00pm. Any bins containing cans or bottles shall not be emptied outside after closing but will be dealt with next day during normal office hours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. No children shall be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
2. There must not be any young people under 16 years employed.
