The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Customers shall leave the premises promptly after collecting their orders.
Public Safety
1. All staff must be fully aware of emergency procedures and safety precautions.
2. All food handlers must be suitably qualified with a basic food hygiene certificate.
3. The premises shall ensure they are covered by Public Liability Insurance.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Customers collecting their orders shall be served promptly and advised to dispose of any rubbish in the rubbish bins.
2. All rubbish produced by the premises must be securely stored in bins at the rear of the premises.
3. Customers must be advised not to create noise inside or outside of the premises.
4. A free phone taxi number shall be available for customers if required.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Children shall not be served unless they are accompanied by their parents.
