The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Drunk and disorderly people must not be served and shall be asked to leave quietly.
2. Patrons shall be asked not to stand around in the street after they have collected takeaway.
Public Safety
1. All staff must be trained in emergency procedures and safety precautions.
2. Floors must be kept clean and tidy to prevent slipping.
3. Fire safety equipment must be provided.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. After 11.00pm patrons must be asked to make as little noise as possible when leaving.
2. Regular maintenance must be carried out on extractor and filters to avoid noise and smell nuisance.
3. The outside of the premises must be checked regularly for any rubbish.
4. Secure bins must be provided for rubbish.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Smoking shall be prohibited in the shop.
2. No alcohol shall be available.
3. Children shall not be allowed to run around in the shop.
4. There shall be no hot surfaces in a position that children may touch.
