  MANDATORY CONDITION:  WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

   

  1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
   

  ()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or
   

  ()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

   

  2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

  General

   

  1.              The four licensing objectives outlined below shall be formulated into a strategy that shall be visible for all staff and public to see and adhere to.

   

  2.              Weekly reviews shall be held to identify potential problems to management for a resolution process to be enabled.

   

  3.              Staff training shall be provided in all areas.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              There shall be security lighting.

   

  2.              There shall be no disorderly behaviour (during or after hours).

   

  3.              There shall be removing of till drawers.

   

  4.              There shall be locking cash away.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.              There shall be fire safety equipment.

   

  2.              Exits shall be kept clear.

   

  3.              There shall be signage for spillage and wet floors.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.              Deliveries shall be during daylight hours.

   

  2.              A secure bin for rubbish shall be provided.

   

  3.              There shall be eradication of food smells (carbon filter system).

   

  4.              Litter picking shall be done by staff around shop area.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  1.              There shall be identification for younger customers (driving licence or passport only).
