The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The 30 minute extension of opening hours after the end of the sale of alcohol shall enable final drinks to be consumed less quickly.
2. Customers in both the wine bar and the restaurant areas shall normally be seated at all times.
3. CCTV coverage shall be in place throughout the premises.
4. No drinks shall be permitted to be consumed from bottles.
5. There shall be no requirement for door staff.
6. Provision of alcohol shall normally be by way of waiter/waitress service.
Public Safety
1. The majority of customers shall be seated whilst on the premises, whether on the first floor or on the ground floor.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Provision of music and dancing shall not occur on a daily basis but shall be available in response to customers' demand.
2. The double entrance doors and solid construction of the property shall ensure that there is a reduced risk or disturbance to passers by and residents in the area.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Bar staff shall be trained to be aware of and alert to issues of underage drinking.
